Hi, I'm Marcella Castellar, a lawyer with roots in both Portugal and Brazil, working in both countries.
My passion has been for the legal field since the beginning of my journey, and I am dedicated to providing high-quality legal assistance to my clients.
My academic journey began in 2016, when I graduated in Law. In search of additional knowledge, I pursued an MBA in Business Law at the renowned FGV in Rio de Janeiro. This enriching experience deepened my understanding of the world of business and law, preparing me to face complex challenges in the future.
My quest for knowledge took me to Portugal, where, in 2019, I started a postgraduate course in Legal Sciences at the Portuguese Catholic University in Lisbon, where I obtained the equivalence of the degree recognized by the same university.
This opportunity allowed me to explore an international perspective and better understand the portuguese legal system. To continue honing my skills and knowledge, I embarked on an academic journey in the Master of Business Law at the University of Lisbon in 2021. During this time, I was honored to be accepted by Ghent University in Belgium for an internship, where I completed my thesis and am looking forward to the defense.
I continue to deepen my international knowledge and experience. In addition, I am committed to expanding my languages, speaking fluent portuguese and English, while dedicating myself to learning French in order to better serve my clients in a multilingual environment.
In addition to offering legal advice in areas such as Portuguese and Italian Citizenship, Civil Law, Real Estate Law, Registration and Notary, Business Law, I am the founder of the blog "Law Around the World", which aims to:
- Disseminate high quality technical/legal knowledge, using accessible language;
- Inform and educate readers about their rights and responsibilities, in other words, to exercise their citizenship;
- Contribute to the more effective integration of migrants in their destination countries.
